Vertical Hybrid injection molding machine, a lower mold stationary type (Down Stroking Clamp type)

The SJV series is based on the VS (hydraulic) series which had actual performance for long years. Injection unit is changed to electric power, while the clamp unit is hydraulic power driven by servo motor pump. SJV-260E-240-P 　 Feature: By the electric injection, injection speed control is especially improved. Adopting newly developed servo motor driven hydraulic unit for the clamp unit, saving energy, low noise operation and fast and smooth speed control are obtained. The platen size is large enough to accommodate the mold and automatic units. Easy to install the shuttle table on the lower mold plate. "Digital input touch panel controller" is employed. By hydraulic system, the cylinder for mold core can be operated as option. The molding machine, the mold and the automatic unit is combined and supplied as a system under "Turn Key" basis. Selection of the Injection unit and Clamping unit are available as below; Other models are available such as followings as option:
